How do I add a user?

Adding a user is quick and easy.

New Partner Portal (BETA)

  1. Log in to Euler

  2. Navigate to Settings (gear icon located at the top right of the page).

  3. Go to the User Management tab.

  4. Click the + Add User button.

  5. A pop-up window will appear. Enter the First Name, Last Name, and Email address of the user you'd like to create

  6. Click Add User to complete the process.

Regular Partner Portal

  1. Log in to Euler

  2. Scroll down until you see the Users section

  3. Click Add User

  4. Enter the First Name, Last Name, and Email address of the user you'd like to create

  5. Click Create

After completing the steps above, the User will receive an email instructing them to reset their password.

An important note: the link they will receive to reset their password expires after 24 hours. If more than 24 hours have elapsed, either you or they can request a new password reset here.
