Euler supports multiple referral pathways to ensure flexibility, consistency, and proper tracking for your partner referrals. Whether referrals originate within Euler or bypass the system entirely, Euler ensures all relevant records are processed, tracked, and synchronized with your CRM.
1. Referrals via Email
Referrals often originate from email, and Euler offers multiple ways to manage these efficiently:
Preferred Process
Option 1: Use the Euler Chrome Extension:
The Chrome Extension allows you to quickly create a referral directly from an email.
Euler then processes the referral, automatically creates the deal in your CRM, and stamps all necessary fields to ensure accuracy.
Option 2: Manually Create Referrals in Euler:
Navigate to Euler and create the referral manually.
Once created, Euler automates deal creation in your CRM with all relevant fields populated.
Alternate Process (Bypassing Euler):
If you prefer to manually create the deal directly in your CRM, Euler will still Read the deal from your CRM once it’s created, provided you've correctly associated the partner to the deal.
Why this matters: While bypassing Euler works perfectly fine, most customers prefer creating referrals in Euler because it automates CRM object creation, ensuring consistency and reducing manual work.
2. Referrals Submitted via Euler (In-Product)
Referrals can be submitted directly within the partner portal by your partners.
Process
Partners log in to the partner portal and submit a referral using the provided submission form.
The referral appears in Euler for review and approval.
Upon approval, Euler creates the necessary deal or opportunity in your CRM, fully automating the process.
Why this matters: This method ensures partners can easily submit referrals, and customers benefit from automated CRM updates without manual intervention.
3. Referrals Submitted via Euler (External Form)
Euler provides an external form that your partners can use to submit referrals without needing to log in to the partner portal.
Process
Embed the external form on your website.
Partners fill out and submit the form.
The referral is sent to Euler, where you can review and approve it.
Euler processes the referral and creates the appropriate deal or opportunity in your CRM.
Why this matters: External forms allow for flexible, frictionless referral submissions, particularly for partners who don’t have portal access.
4. Referrals via Partner Affiliate Links
Affiliate links provide another automated pathway for referrals and deal creation.
Process
Customers generate unique tracking links and share them with Partners.
When prospects click the link and submit their details, deals or opportunities are created directly in your CRM.
Euler then reads these deals from your CRM, appends the correct partner association based on the tracking link, and syncs the record back into Euler.
Why this matters: While affiliate links bypass Euler as the originator, Euler seamlessly integrates by tracking the partner attribution and ensuring the deal is updated correctly.
Summary
Euler’s inbound referral management adapts to your workflows while ensuring consistency and automation:
Email Referrals: Preferred via the Chrome Extension or manual entry into Euler, with the option to bypass Euler and create deals directly in your CRM.
In-Product Referrals: Partners submit referrals within the partner portal for automated CRM creation.
External Forms: Flexible form submissions embedded on your website, no login required.
Affiliate Links: Deals created directly in your CRM, with Euler appending partner attribution and syncing records.
By centralizing referral tracking and automating CRM updates, Euler ensures a seamless experience for both you and your partners.
