The Euler Partner Portal is a vital tool for managing partner relationships. There are several ways to grant your partners access to the portal, depending on whether they are existing or new partners. This guide will walk you through all the available methods:
Important Note
When inviting partners to the portal, you are granting access to the primary contact for each partner. This individual will:
• Create the partner account in Euler.
• Gain the ability to invite additional users from their organization once their account is set up.
You are not inviting all members of the partner organization—just the primary contact.
1. Adding Access to an Existing Partner
There are two ways to invite an individual existing partner to the portal:
Option 1: From the Settings Section
Log in to Euler.
Navigate to the Settings section.
Select the Partner Access tab.
Enter the email address of the individual you want to invite.
Select the partner they are associated with from the dropdown menu.
Optionally, attach a partner agreement for them to sign during the account creation process.
Click Invite to send the invitation.
Once invited, the partner will receive an email prompting them to create their account and sign the agreement (if included).
Option 2: Bulk Access
Log in to Euler.
Navigate to the Settings section and open the Partner Access tab.
Click on the Bulk Access button.
A spreadsheet-like interface will appear, listing all your partners without portal access.
For each partner:
Select the primary contact to receive the invitation.
Optionally, attach a partner agreement for them to sign during account creation.
Once all selections are complete, click Invite.
2. Adding Access When Accepting a New Partner
When reviewing new partner applications, you can provide access directly during the acceptance process:
Navigate to the partner application review section in Euler.
Select whether to Accept or Reject the application.
Use the dropdown menu to choose Accept and Add Access if you want to grant portal access immediately.
Complete the acceptance process, and the partner will receive an invitation to create their account.
Important:
• You can only invite one primary contact per partner to create their company account.
• This primary contact will set up the partner’s account in Euler and gain the ability to invite additional users from their organization.
Key Notes to Remember
The primary contact invited to the portal will create the company’s account in Euler.
Once the primary account is created, additional users can be invited internally by the partner.
