As a partner, there may be times when you need to review and sign agreements or other important documents. Euler makes this process simple and accessible directly from your Partner Portal.
How to Know When a Document is Available for Signature
When a document is ready for you to sign, you’ll see a notification button at the top of your Partner Portal alerting you to review and sign an available agreement. Documents can be sent to you in one of two ways:
Onboarding Process: If signing a partner agreement is required as part of onboarding, you’ll see the notification button upon creating your account. Simply follow the prompt to complete the signature process.
Ad-Hoc Requests: After you’ve created an account, additional documents may occasionally require your signature. In these cases, you’ll receive an email notification with a link to access the document in your Partner Portal.
Steps to Sign a Document
Follow these steps to complete the signature process:
Log In to Your Partner Portal: Access your Partner Portal by logging in at https://eulerapp.com/signin.
Look for the Notification Button: If a document is awaiting your signature, you’ll see a button at the top of your dashboard indicating an agreement is ready to be signed. Click on this button to proceed.
Review the Document: After clicking the button, you’ll be directed to a screen where you can view the document in full. Take the time to read through the details carefully.
Complete Required Fields: Certain fields, such as your name or date, may need to be filled out before signing.
Draw Your Signature: Click the signature field to open a drawing tool. Use your mouse, stylus, or touchscreen to draw your signature.
Confirm and Submit: Once all required fields are completed and your signature is added, confirm your submission to finalize the document.
