Overview

Euler provides two Slack Apps that bring partner relationship management directly into Slack. Each app serves a different audience and use case:

Euler (for Customers)

Euler for Partners (for Partners)

Audience

Euler customers (companies managing partnerships)

Partners of Euler customers

AI Assistant

POPS (Partner Operations) — helps with internal partner management

PAM (Partner Account Manager) — helps partners with agreements, commissions, referrals

Primary Use

Create/manage referrals, map Slack Connect channels to partners, interact with POPS AI

Chat with PAM, submit referrals to customers, AI-powered referral creation

Install From

Euler Dashboard → Settings → Slack

Partner Portal → Settings → Slack

Slack Connect

Customer adds bot to shared channels, maps to partner → enables PAM for both sides

Partner does NOT need to install anything — PAM appears automatically in mapped Connect channels

How They Work Together

The two apps complement each other in the Euler ecosystem:

  1. Customers install the Euler app in their workspace to manage partnerships, create referrals, and enable AI-powered partner operations (POPS)

  2. Partners install the Euler for Partners app in their own workspace to chat with PAM, submit referrals, and get AI-assisted lead creation

  3. In Slack Connect channels (shared between customer and partner workspaces), the customer's Euler app can be added so both sides interact with PAM — the partner doesn't need a separate installation
