What is Partner Operations AI?

POps AI is the internal AI assistant integrated directly into your Euler dashboard, designed to streamline partner management and operations.

Unlike the Partner-facing PAM, POps AI possesses broader access privileges, enabling comprehensive cross-program analysis. This elevated access allows the assistant to retrieve, analyze, and synthesize data across multiple operational domains, including:

  • Partners, referrals, and deals

  • Incentives, invoices, and commissions

  • Partner approvals (pending partners)

  • Euler support documentation (admin workflows)

  • Partner directory (profile, status, details, website, versions)

Additionally, POps AI offers advanced capabilities such as generating visual data representations (graphs and charts) and remembering user preferences to tailor future interactions.

Auto vs Deep Thinking Mode

To optimize your experience based on the complexity of your request, POps AI offers two distinct interaction modes. You can select the appropriate mode at the bottom of the chat window before submitting your query.

Auto Mode

The Auto mode is optimized for speed and straightforward data retrieval. It is the ideal choice when you need quick answers or specific pieces of information without the need for extensive analysis.

Ideal Use Cases:

  • “Find Partner X”

  • “Show invoice list”

  • “List pending partners”

Deep Thinking Mode

The Deep Thinking mode is engineered for complex analysis, extended reasoning, and identifying trend insights. While it may take slightly longer to process, it provides in-depth evaluations and comprehensive answers to multifaceted questions.

Ideal Use Cases:

  • “Analyze deal submissions over the last 6 months—are we growing?”

  • “Compare partner performance across quarters and identify outliers.”

5) Partner Directory

Leverage POps AI to query your partner directory based on specific criteria such as industry, language capabilities, or profile status.

Directory Queries:

  • "Do I have any partner working on the [Industry name] industry?"

  • "How many profiles on my partner directory are still pending completion?"

  • "Are any of my partners able to assist a client in Spanish?"

  • "What is the current status of [Partner Name]'s profile?"

6) Generate Graphs

POps AI can transform complex data into easy-to-understand visual formats, including pie charts, donut charts, bar charts, and box plots.

For better results, always use this function together with another question that first retrieves the correct data to be used for building the chart or graph.

Visualization Requests:

  • "Generate a pie graph showing how many partner profiles are completed and how many are still incomplete."

  • "Show how many pending invoices I had over the last 6 months, sum their values by month, and display the results in a bar chart."

  • "Which are my 5 best performing partners per revenue? Create a donut graph with them".

  • "Compare my overall performance over the last 2 years: how many deals have I closed, what is their total value, and what is their average value? Then create a box plot chart."

7) Remember preferences

You can instruct POps AI to remember specific preferences, ensuring that future responses align with your desired format, tone, or language.

  • "You must always be concise and straight to the point in your answers."

  • "Always reply in portuguese".

  • "Never create a graph or chart unless you are asked to."

  • "Everytime you mention a partner, display its name in uppercase".
