Overview
Euler now supports one-level Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) relationships between your partners. This beta feature is designed for customers who want to reward partners not just for generating business, but also for recruiting other partners.
In short: if a partner refers a new partner who begins earning commission, the referring partner can now be rewarded for their recruitment effort.
We call this the originating partner / secondary partner model.
🧠 How the Relationship Works
Think of it as a parent-child relationship, but in Euler terms:
Originating Partner = the child partner (the one doing the selling and generating the invoice).
Secondary Partner = the parent partner (the one who referred the originating partner and earns a cut when the child does).
This is a one-level setup. We do not support nested, multi-layered hierarchies.
🧾 Example
Let’s say:
• The originating partner (child) closes a deal worth $1,000 with a 10% commission rate.
• The secondary partner (parent) is set to earn 5% of whatever the originating partner earns.
Here’s what happens:
Originating partner earns $100.
Secondary partner earns $50.
Total payout: $150 on that deal.
Euler will automatically create and link both invoices for you.
⚠️ Rules and Restrictions
To keep things simple and accurate:
An originating partner cannot also be the secondary partner.
Each originating partner can only have one secondary partner.
Secondary partners can have multiple originating partners.

🔧 How to Set Up MLM in Euler
Once enabled:
Log in to your Euler dashboard.
Go to the Incentives section.
Click the dropdown beside “Incentives” and select MLM.
Click Create MLM on the right-hand side.
Fill out:
Originating Partner
Secondary Partner
Revenue Share % for the secondary partner
Click Save.
That’s it! 🎉 Now, whenever the originating partner earns commission, Euler will automatically generate a secondary invoice for the referring partner.
💸 Viewing Linked Invoices
After invoices are generated:
Head to the Payments section in Euler.
You’ll see a link icon (📎) next to invoices that are tied together via MLM.
Click the icon to view:
If this invoice is a child, you’ll see which parent it’s linked to.
If this invoice is a parent, you’ll see which child it spawned.
Inside the invoice, we also show:
The related partner
The charges
Commission %
Taxes (if applicable)
Total payout
🛠 Editing or Deleting Linked Invoices
Important: Invoices are not linked for editing or deletion.
If you edit one, you must manually edit the other.
If you delete one, you must manually delete the other.
