How to Use PAM in the Partner Portal

What is Partner Account Manager?

Partner Account Manager is your AI assistant inside the Partner Portal.

It is aware of:

  • Your deals and referral activity

  • Your invoices and commission data (as available in the portal)

  • Your agreements and tracking links

  • Content shared with you by the Account (enablement, playbooks, docs)

How to Start

  1. Open the Partner Portal

  2. Click Ask PAM / the chat widget

  3. Type your question (or upload an image for referral assistance)

Top Features & How to Use Them

1) Accelerated Referral Submission (Image Recognition)

You don’t need to manually type every field. PAM can extract details from screenshots.

How to do it

  1. Take a screenshot of a prospect’s:

    • LinkedIn profile

    • company website

    • email signature / contact page

  2. Open PAM and click the + (upload) icon

  3. Upload the image

  4. Type: “Help me submit a referral based on this image.”

  5. Review and confirm the extracted details before submitting

What PAM extracts (typical)

  • Company name

  • Contact name and role (if visible)

  • Email and website (if visible)

  • Notes/summary for referral

  • Other information required in the referral form is shown in the image.

2) Deal & Pipeline Management

Best Practices for Better Answers

  • Include timeframes: “Q4”, “this month”, “last 30 days”

  • Use deal names if available

  • Ask for format: “Give me a table”, “List top 5”, “Summarize in bullets”
