Until now, logging into Euler meant landing on a dashboard full of data — useful, but not exactly a prompt for action. Customers had to know where to look. Partners had to figure out where to start.
That's not a homepage. That's a filing cabinet.
What's new
We rebuilt the first screen your team sees every day. The new homepage is a live, customizable workspace — organized around what actually needs your attention right now, not everything that's ever happened in your program.
The old analytics dashboard isn't gone. It moved to its own dedicated section called Analytics, so the data is still there when you need it. The homepage is now free to do something different: help you act.
How it works
The homepage is made up of widgets — each one a focused view into a different part of your program. You choose which ones appear, where they sit, and how your workspace is organized. Move them, remove them, or suggest new ones directly from the page.
Here's what's available at launch:
Action Required — notifications that need your attention, color-coded by urgency. V1 surfaces task notifications for your internal team. Referral approvals, PAM AI escalations, and partner-related alerts are coming in the next cycle.
Euler News — product updates, new features, and announcements from the Euler team, published directly in your portal. Three featured articles always visible, with a full feed one click away. Articles can be scheduled in advance, so you'll always have fresh content without scrambling at launch time.
Referrals — pending, accepted, and recent referrals from the last 30 days, summarized in one widget. Click any referral to go straight to its detail page and take action.
Invoices — invoices with errors, pending invoices, and recent activity — same 30-day window. Navigate directly to the invoice detail from the widget without losing your place on the homepage.
PAM AI — unresolved and recent support requests handled through your AI agent. As PAM AI's escalation feature rolls out, this widget will update to reflect escalated conversations specifically.
Tasks — internal tasks created by and assigned to your team, with a full task view accessible directly from the homepage. V1 covers customer-side tasks; partner-facing task notifications are coming next.
What's coming next
Action Required is just getting started. As each part of the platform ships its own notification logic — referrals, flows, deals, approvals — they'll surface here automatically. The goal is one place where nothing falls through the cracks, for your team or your partners.
