Overview

The Content section in Euler is like having a version-controlled CMS built right into your system. Whether you’re uploading files, sharing co-branded materials, or linking to external resources, this tool gives you full control over what partners see—and when.

Uploading Content

To get started:

  1. Log into Euler and navigate to the Content section.

  2. Click Upload Content on the right side of the screen.

You’ll be taken to a form where you can:

  • Name your content

  • Assign a category (optional)

  • Select a content type:

    • File: Upload PDFs, PowerPoints, Word Docs, videos, and more.

    • Link: Add an external URL.

  • Write a short description

  • Upload a cover image (optional)

Sharing Settings

By default, the “Share with all partners” option is checked. This means the content will be immediately available to all partners in their portal.

If you uncheck it, you’ll be able to:

  • Select individual partners manually

  • Remove partners from the selected list

  • Share by tag to automatically share with any partner assigned a specific tag

⚠️ Tip: Use tags to automate who gets access—especially helpful for content like certifications or partner tiers.

Once done, click Create to publish the content to the selected partners.

Organizing Content into Folders

To better organize your content:

  1. Click Create Folder

  2. Enter a name, assign a category (optional), and add a description

  3. Upload a cover image (optional)

  4. Click Create

You’ll then be brought to the folder management screen where you can:

  • Add existing content from your library

  • Set visibility:

    • All partners

    • Specific partners

    • Partners by tag

🔒 Note: Folder visibility overrides the individual content visibility settings. Think of the folder as the “parent” for access rules.

When finished, click Save to publish or Save as Draft if you’re not ready to go live.

Editing Content or Folders

You can edit any content or folder at any time.

  • Click the three dots on a content item → Edit

  • Click on a folder to enter edit mode

You can update file types, names, descriptions, and sharing preferences anytime.

Managing Content Categories

At the top-right of the Content section, click Manage Content Categories to:

Edit existing categories

Delete categories you no longer need

Categories help keep your content library organized as it grows.\
