Overview
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is a security feature that adds an extra layer of protection to your Euler account. In addition to your password, you will need a temporary code generated by an authentication app every time you log in.
Why Enable 2FA?
2FA significantly enhances your account security. Even if someone discovers your password, they won’t be able to access your account without the verification code generated on your phone.
We recommend using Google Authenticator or Twilio Authy to generate authentication codes.
How to Set Up Google Authenticator for 2FA
Step 1: Download Google Authenticator
If you haven’t already, install Google Authenticator from your device’s app store:
Android – Google Play Store
iPhone – App Store
Step 2: Enable 2FA in Euler
Sign in to your Euler account.
Go to Settings > General > Your Info section
Click Enable 2FA.
Enter your password when prompted.
A QR code will be generated on the screen.
Step 3: Link Your Account to Google Authenticator
Open the Google Authenticator app.
Tap Add ( ”+” icon).
Select Scan QR Code and use your camera to scan the QR code displayed in Euler.
A new entry for Euler will appear in the Google Authenticator app.
Enter the 6-digit code displayed in Google Authenticator into Euler and click Next.
✅ Success! Your Euler account is now secured with 2FA.
How to Use 2FA When Logging In
Enter your email and password as usual.
If 2FA is enabled, you will be prompted to enter a verification code.
Open the Google Authenticator app and copy the 6-digit code shown for Euler.
Enter the code in Euler and complete your login.
💡 Note: The code refreshes every 30 seconds, so enter it before it expires.
