Partner Health Ranges allow you to set thresholds for evaluating the overall health of your partners based on a score out of 100. By defining these ranges, you can group partners into categories like “Healthy,” “Average,” and “Unhealthy” to help prioritize your engagement and support efforts.
What is a Health Range?
A Health Range is a set of bands or thresholds that dictate the health status of a partner. Each Health Range divides the score out of 100 into categories: Healthy, Average, and Unhealthy. These ranges give you a high-level view of partner performance and engagement, making it easier to identify which partners need additional support.
Why Create Multiple Health Ranges?
We understand that you may want to evaluate different types of partners with unique criteria. For instance, a strategic partner may have different expectations than a reseller or affiliate. Our flexible Health Range system allows you to create multiple sets of criteria tailored to specific partner types or evaluation standards, ensuring your assessments are as accurate and relevant as possible.
How to Create a Health Range
Selecting or Creating a Health Range
If this is your first time creating a Health Range, you’ll be taken directly to the range creation page.
Otherwise, you’ll see a dropdown menu allowing you to select an existing range or create a new one. This enables you to manage multiple Health Ranges for various evaluation needs.
Naming Your Health Range
Each Health Range requires a name for easy identification. By default, a range named “Standard” is available.
Customize the name to reflect different criteria if you plan to create multiple ranges.
Setting the Range Thresholds:
To define the thresholds, input the minimum score for “Healthy” and “Average.” The system will automatically calculate the rest.
Healthy: Set the minimum score that qualifies as “Healthy” (e.g., 80).
Average: Set the minimum score that qualifies as “Average” (e.g., 50).
Unhealthy: The minimum threshold for “Unhealthy” is calculated based on the above values.
Example Health Range
Category | Minimum Score | Maximum Score |
Healthy | 80 | 100 |
Average | 50 | 79 |
Unhealthy | 0 | 49 |
In this example:
Partners with scores between 80 and 100 are considered “Healthy.”
Scores from 50 to 79 fall under “Average.”
Scores below 50 are categorized as “Unhealthy.”
