Overview

Euler automatically imports QuickBooks invoices into the system. The display and linking process was designed to help users manage their financial and operational workflows more efficiently.

Connecting and Syncing with QuickBooks

  1. To get started, go to the Integrations tab and connect your QuickBooks account.

    1. Click on "New Account". A QuickBooks (Intuit) login page will open. Just follow the standard login steps to connect your account.

  2. Once connected, click "Sync."

  3. A configuration popup will appear allowing you to choose how far back you want to import invoices:

    • 1 year

    • 6 months

    • 3 months

    • No past data (only from the current date forward)

Once selected, this will start an automatic daily import routine.

Accessing Imported Invoices

After syncing, invoices will appear under "Unsynced Invoices from QuickBooks."

These invoices are not yet linked to any Deal.

Linking an Invoice to a Deal

After syncing, a list of all transactions will appear under the 'Unsynced Invoices from QuickBooks' table

  1. Click on 'Select' for the charge you want to link.

  2. A new screen will open where you can search for an existing Deal.

  3. Select the appropriate Deal.

  4. Click on "Link Deal."

✔ This will create a payment in Euler, permanently linking the invoice to the selected Deal.
✔ Once linked, the invoice will no longer appear in the unsynced list.
✔ The charge status is updated daily based on QuickBooks data — for example, if the invoice is marked "Paid" in QuickBooks, the charge will reflect the same status in Euler.

Automatic Deal Suggestions

Euler will automatically suggest relevant Deals for each invoice based on your previously linked invoices.
